Ontological perspective of Law

from the premise of nature understood as an ordering power of everything that exists for the realization of its perfection, in this inclination, man, as a rational creature, can come to capture and understand this same ordering power to the extent that he is capable of discern the true being of things and the goods that belong to them, including the goods of Law. Guided by the bibliographical research method of foreign texts and works that are references on the subject, this work aims to develop theoretical, practical and epistemological contributions related to the ontological problem involved in the way of being of law, in order to provide, as a result, the unveiling of a proposal for legal praxis in which the distribution of rights, duties, goods, prizes, sanctions and honors is done in favor of the historically situated concrete justice and contribute so that its practical materialization is inspired by guidelines of values or principles – moral , historical, religious, political, social, aesthetic, legal, etc. – that, in respect for natural human juridicity, conspire in favor of the work of concreting or determining the just due on the part of the legal professional.
