Abstract

Advances in science and technology enable the production of goods to be improved. Moreover, these advances can also help in the quality and efficiency of public services provided by the State, creating an increase in the quality of life of people. This paper examines and analyzes the role that Artificial Intelligence (AI) will have in the administration of justice, and the care and prevention that should be considered when adopting and adapting this technology for the service of the petitioner of justice.
