This study aims to analyze to what extent companies and institutions can assume the obligation to invest in social projects or programs, such as the “Writing and Rewriting Our History” Program (Pernoh), in order to compensate for the injustices caused by their violating actions that have repercussions on the entire society. The deductive approach was adopted, and the bibliographic research and monographic methods were used as procedural methods. It was found that companies and institutions that violate human rights, for example, by practicing or allowing moral harassment, affect, in a reflexive manner, not only the work community, but also the entire society. It is concluded that such companies and institutions, by causing or increasing structural inequalities, can assume the responsibility of compensating them through, for example, transfers to valuable community projects, such as Pernoh.
