About the Journal

Interdisciplinary open access scientific journal whose mission is to publish debates, analyses and results of research relevant to the field of Food, Nutrition and Health edited by the Nutrition Institute - Rio de Janeiro State University. We receive originals in Portuguese, Spanish or English from the fields of Health, Humanities and others that address topics related to food, food or nutrients. After peer review, we publish complete texts in two versions: Portuguese and English or Spanish and English.
