Abstract
Refugees and migrants are driven by the need to escape from war, violence, hunger or other forms of deprivation and violation of rights. However, simultaneously with the tragic dimension of the flight, there is the positive desire of wealth, peace and freedom. Despite the poverty and hardships, they carry a huge wealth of knowledge and power to create. Emblematic figure of an ontology of production, they demonstrate that resistance produces life and that law is immanent in their struggle.
