Abstract

This article focuses on the analysis, in the 21st century, of the digitization phenomenon that accompanies the Spanish Administration of Justice, with particular reference, on the one hand, to the concurrent and transversal strategic axes, fully adjusted to the guidelines set in this matter by the European Union, on which the Digital Justice Strategy 2030 presented by the Generalitat of Catalonia (June 13, 2024) is based: known justice, accessible and local justice, sustainable justice, agile, simple and quality justice, human talent, and collaborative justice; and, on the other hand, to the current state of the promotion of digital tools and processes within the framework of Company Law.

En la actualidad se desempeña como Investigadora Posdoctoral en Derecho Mercantil en la Universitat de Barcelona (njimenezcardona@ub.edu) – ESPAÑA.  Autora de diferentes artículos científicos en revistas especializadas, así como de aportaciones reflexivas, en obras colectivas, acerca de temas de actualidad jurídica.
