Resumen
Se presenta un estudio comparativo entre Colombia y Bolivia frente a las condiciones de posibilidad de lo decolonial en las prácticas judiciales de la Corte Constitucional Colombiana y de la Unidad de Descolonización del Tribunal de Bolivia. Se estudia el resguardo de origen colonial en Colombia y los Ayllus de origen ancestral en Bolivia. Y se revisan algunos casos legales abordados por la Unidad de descolonización y se compara con Colombia y sus prácticas multiculturales.

Abstract
Presents a comparative study between Colombia and Bolivia against the conditions of possibility of the decolonial in judicial practices of the Colombian Constitutional Court and of the decolonization unit of the Court of Bolivia. Explores the shelter of colonial origin in Colombia and the Ayllus of ancestral origin in Bolivia. And some legal cases addressed by the decolonization unit are reviewed and compared with Colombia and multicultural practices
