Resumo

O artigo se propõe a analisar a permanência da desigualdade social e da conflitividade agrária verificadas por uma prestação jurisdicional inadequada, fatores que dificultam o acesso à terra. Aponta que o processo histórico de apropriação privada da terra no Brasil remete à luta de classe. Sonda se a redução da desigualdade social no campo pode ser efetivada mediante a atuação dos atores coletivos envolvidos.

Abstract

The article proposes to analyze the permanence of social inequality and agrarian conflict, verified by an inadequate jurisdictional performance, factors that hinder access to land. It points out that the historical process of private land appropriation in Brazil refers to the class struggle. Probe if the reduction of social inequality in the field can be effected through the action of the collective actors involved.
