The current migratory flows involve a significant number of female migrants. There is a noticeable feminization of human displacements. This genderization of migration has repercussions on various issues related to the (in)effectiveness of the human rights of female migrants. In this sense, the realization of the human right to health depends on many factors in receiving countries. It is observed that the health of female migrants primarily depends on elements related to the right to the city, such as housing, access to services, basic sanitation, and access to opportunities. Thus, the present research aims to reflect on the (in)accessibility of the right to the city for female migrants in Brazil and its impact on the realization of the right to health for this population. The research is developed using the hypothetical-deductive method and informed by a bibliographic analysis. Initially, the research delves into the interconnection between gender, migration, and health. Subsequently, the study explores the access to the city for female migrants. In conclusion, the research found that the right to health is intrinsically linked to the right to the city and should be considered in the formulation of public policies and the promotion of the human rights of female migrants.
