As suggested by the title, “Perspectives of supplyof family farming products to pubic food security andnutrition facilities of the Federal District”, great potentialitiesare identified in this construction process, enhancing foodsecurity and nutrition (FSN) and strengthening family farming. Moreover, this innovation brings new (and old) challenges to beovercome. Thus, the paper looks at a controversial, up-to-dateand socially relevant topic. It discusses the most significantissues, and ends by proposing solutions to them.
