Resumo

O trabalho tem o objetivo de indicar apontamentos para uma melhor compreensão da violação de normas jurídicas trabalhistas enquanto fenômeno, a partir da relação entre a teoria marxista do direito e a sociologia organizacional da face obscura das organizações. Como resultado, apresenta o conceito de mercado de violações de normas jurídicas trabalhistas como categoria analítica da gestão capitalista das relações de trabalho.

Abstract

This work aims to point notes to a better comprehension of the violation of the labor juridical rules violation as phenomenon, from the relation between the Marxist law theory and the organizational sociology of the dark side of organizations. As results, it presents the concept of labor juridical rules violation market as analytical category of the capitalist management of the labor relations.
