Since the 90s, the feminism has been criticized by the appearance of a current of thought and a political movement (LGBTI) in what has been called Queer Theory. This theory tries to deconstruct the modern political categories, such as identity or subject, to create space of resistance to heteronormativity. Although queer theory has expanded rapidly, it has not reached the legal spaces. This paper attempts to draw the outlines for a queer reading of law.
