[EM EDIÇÃO] Reflexões sobre a esperança como promotora da saúde mental de crianças em desastres climáticos

Objetivo: refletir criticamente o papel da esperança na promoção da saúde mental de crianças em contextos de desastres climáticos. Conteúdo: estudo teórico reflexivo baseado nos pressupostos da Teoria da Esperança de Ernst Bloch, sendo desenvolvido a partir da análise crítica dos autores, apoiado na literatura científica. Na organização dos resultados, emergiram três categorias: “Desastres climáticos e seus efeitos na saúde da criança”, “Entre o colapso e o possível: a esperança como estratégia de cuidado à criança” e “A esperança como práxis: propostas de agir no presente e no futuro da criança”. Os desastres climáticos prejudicam a saúde infantil, assim, a esperança auxilia na promoção da resiliência, saúde mental e transforma vulnerabilidade em enfrentamento. Considerações finais: a esperança é uma estratégia de cuidado e ação diante das repercussões dos desastres climáticos na saúde infantil, capaz de impulsionar respostas éticas e políticas, promovendo um futuro mais justo e sustentável.
