Resumo
O presente artigo analisa a especificidade do corpo reprodutivo feminino para a politização da vida natural característica de sociedades biopolíticas, a partir da análise da regulação dos direitos reprodutivos no Brasil, por meio do “Estatuto do Nascituro”, e a constituição da reprodutividade, enquanto dispositivo, como uma substância biopolítica geradora de hysteras homo sacer.

Abstract
The present article analyzes the specificity of the female reproductive body for the politicization of the natural life characteristic of biopolitical societies, from the analysis of the regulation of the reproductive rights in Brazil, through the "Statute of the Child", and the constitution of the reproductivity as a device, as a biopolitical substance generating hysteras homo sacer.
