Abstract
This article examines the extent to which the Youth Statute and Child and Adolescent Statute complement, overlap and differentiate. Recovering the trajectory of the two devices observes challenges and the disputes, still ongoing, by definitions of the categories child, adolescent, young as subjects of rights. From the conceptual key of Nancy Fraser's representative parity, we seek to deepen the understanding of recognition and rights.
Keywords: Youth Statute, Child and Adolescent Statute, rights.
