Resumo
Neste pequeno texto, pretendemos abordar o tratamento engelsiano à moral passando pela abordagem sui generis dispensada pelo autor à questão do Direito e do fenecimento do Estado. Para tanto, teremos em mente o modo segundo o qual o posicionamento mesmo de Friedrich Engels faz com que venha a valorizar de modo distinto aquilo que, em sua “juventude”, considerava de menor importância, como a questão moral e a necessidade de luta por direitos e pela democracia política.

Abstract
Here we intend to deal with Engels´ approach to Moral. We intend to prove that, in order to succeed in this task it is very important to face Law, State and Engels´theory on the abolition of State. Taking in account the difference between the authors treatment of the matter on his youth an in his mature work, it is key to focus the development of the relationship between Law, Moral and Democracy in the work of Friedrich Engels.
