Resumo

Este trabalho pretende um breve estudo sobre a desobediência civil. Sob a perspectiva do Direito Constitucional, procuramos problematizar o conflito entre o ordenamento jurídico e um ideal de justiça que se opõe as diretrizes de determinada norma do ordenamento jurídico positivo.

Abstract

The following essay intends a brief study on civil disobedience. From a Constitutional Law perspective, we examine the struggle between the legal system and an idea of justice that contradicts a particular positive law.
