Resumo:

Objetiva-se mostrar como Kafka elabora, por meio da literatura, uma reflexão acerca da filosofia do direito. Num primeiro momento, serão apresentadas algumas facetas do conceito de verdade (αλήθεια) na história da filosofia. Após, o conto Diante da lei, de Kafka, será analisado à luz dos conceitos de verdade e metáfora.

Abstract:

The aim is to indicate how Kafka elaborates, through literature, a reflection about the philosophy of law. Initially, some aspects of the concept of truth in the history of philosophy will be presented. Thereafter, the short tale Before the law (Kafka) will be analyzed in the light of the concepts of truth and metaphor.
