Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the protective measure of removing the aggressor from the home is related to the security of housing in neighborhoods with a predominance of marine land for women in situations of domestic and family violence in the city of Belém-PA. A systematic integrative bibliographic review and documentary survey were carried out using a qualiquantitative approach to reflect on the subject with the triangulation of methods and local empirical data collected at the Belém Metropolitan Area Development and Administration Company, at the State Coordination of Women in Situation of Domestic and Family Violence in the Judiciary and in the 2nd Court of the Domestic and Family Violence Court of Belém-PA. In the end, the results and contributions highlighted the importance of security of tenure as an essential right for women in situations of violence, highlighting the need for public policies that guarantee protection and autonomy.
