Abstract

The Code of Civil Procedure of 2015 has in its articles 669 and 670 provisions regarding the over-sharing of goods in the inventory. However, it must be borne in mind that the Civil Code of 2002 also dealt with the matter. In short, the over-sharing consists of a new distribution of assets and/or rights of the estate that were not the object of a previous sharing that took place in an inventory causa mortis already closed. In other words, oversharing is an inventory of a supplementary nature, driven and justified by a new collection of goods and/or rights that were not achieved by the conclusion of the inventory that has already ended.
