Abstract

The study has as its epicenter the interpretation of article 611 of the CPC, which works with the deadlines for opening and closing the succession inventory. It is based on the premise that, for the correct interpretation of the normative content of the article, it is essential to carry out a dialogue between the rule enshrined in it with other legal norms of inheritance law, including the ones outside of the CPC. The study points out that there is a considerable number of issues that are influenced by art. 611 of the CPC, being naive to carry out its isolated interpretation, positioning it as a article that regulates only the deadlines for opening and closing the succession inventory.
