Abstract

Our proposal aims to present, discuss, and analyze the state of the art of Lexicography production in the context of Brazilian postgraduate studies at the beginning of our decade. To this end, we seek to understand the possible paths this production presents, its most interesting themes, what erasures are perceived, and what other data can be obtained from these analyses. We draw on previous experiences with this type of research (Evaristo and Rocha, 2024; Evaristo 2021; Evaristo and Silva, 2021) to outline, also for Lexicography, an overview of its research undertaken. To this end, our text is structured as follows: in the following section, we will present the methodological procedures of our investigation, which includes the construction of the corpus; then, we present a detailed analysis of the corpus, with our investigative perspective and considerations; this text ends with a final section, in which we present some final words and conclusions about the proposal. Our results point to a context in which work with dictionaries, especially pedagogical ones, is given priority, with less relevance for the formulation of terminologies and glossaries.
