Abstract

Desde que se formou a Análise do Discurso, os estudos lingüísti-cos têm integrado o que tradicionalmente constituía a sua especificidade, ou seja, a materialidade da língua, com aspectos que entrecruzam esta materialidade: aspectos psicossociais, históricos, políticos e outros.Um dos principais norteadores das diversas concepções de análise do discurso é a relação entre a linguagem e a sociedade. Esta pode ser considerada sob a perspectiva de uma «moldura» institucional que de-termina fortemente a produção de discursos (formações discursivas) e na qual se cristalizam determinadas posições históricas e sociais. A análise do discurso é, portanto, francamente interdisciplinar, no quadro mais amplo das Ciências Humanas o que lhe confere um acentuado dinamis-mo no desenvolvimento de suas pesquisas.
