Abstract

Muitos de nós, provavelmente, já tivemos a experiência de estarnuma fila de telefone, numa situação de emergência ouvir a pessoaque está usando o aparelho, conversar futilidades ou repetir indefinidamenteas mesmas frases, provocando reações de raiva ou descontentamentoem nosso pensamento, pelo motivo de sabermos que“a comunicação bem sucedida é aquela que, levando em conta a situação,alcança um equilíbrio ideal entre informações novas e repetições”(ILARI, 1997: 35), fato que se encaixaria no caso da comunicaçãoatravés do telefone, bem como de textos escritos, os quais, empoucas linhas, devem transmitir uma informação completa.
