The dossier entitled "Challenges of Professional Training in Accessible Theatre" was inspired by the event called "III Dialogical Meeting – Accessible Theatre: Developing and Strengthening Partnerships", held in 2023 by the centennial Martins Pena State Technical Theatre School, a unit linked to the Foundation for Support to Technical Schools Network – Faetec, which that year celebrated 115 years since its founding, in partnership with the Liceu de Artes e Ofícios do Rio de Janeiro, with the support of the NGO Escola de Gente - Comunicação em Inclusão.
