The aim of this text is to use Pachukanis' contributions to understand legal relations within the scope of agricultural commercial exchanges, based on the hegemonic agribusiness model. To this end, a dialogue is held between Pachukanis' Marxist Theory of Law and the Marxist Theory of Dependency, focusing on dependent legal relations in Brazilian agribusiness. The analysis will focus on the dynamics of production and circulation of agricultural goods in a theoretical framework presenting historical and conceptual premises, emphasizing categories in dependent capitalism, derived from Marx's trinitarian theory (capital-profit, labor-salary and land-rent), namely: i. original accumulation of capital, ii. formal and material subsumption of the work process, iii. land rent, centrally added to the category of value transfer through unequal exchange, engendered by the Marxist Dependency Theory.
