This study analyzes the priority thematic focuses in the Brazilian Supreme Federal Court (STF) concerning gender-related issues, highlighting the main topics and actors involved, as well as the legal-constitutional strategies used by conservative groups in their legal mobilizations, from the perspective of the literature on the judicialization of politics in Brazil. The methodological approach employed was content analysis of judicial decisions made by the Court’s plenary between 2019 and 2022, aiming to elucidate the repertoire these groups use to contest constitutional interpretation.
