From the analyze of the mechanisms used by digital platforms, this article aims to identify the existence of labor relations between them and their users, especially those who use them for work purposes, such as digital influencers. Thus, we start from the critique of the immaterial labor theories in order to point how the platforms, through the structuring of visibility regimes, control the work of platformized workers, especially those who are active in the content production. As a mean to fulfill this objective, we will use the interdisciplinary literature review to establish the sociological bases for the purpose of reading them from the legal perspective, updating the labor law structures of understanding the new forms of work that arise in the digital context and their exploitation in contemporary capitalism.
