Resumo
O artigo apresenta o conceito de Constitucionalismo da Inimizade como categoria que explicita o modelo constitucional historicamente adotado no Brasil. São discutidos os duplos da herança constitucional francesa e estadunidense e apresentada a experiência política Palmarina como um modelo de constitucionalismo amefricano. Por fim, analisa aspectos da Constituição de 1824 e as dinâmicas que inauguram o Constitucionalismo da Inimizade.

Abstract
This article presents the concept of Constitutionalism of Enmity as a category that explains the constitutional model historically adopted in Brazil. The silenced dimensions of the French and American constitutional heritage are discussed and the political experience of Palmares is presented as a model from Amefrican Constitutionalism. Finally, it analyzes aspects of the 1824 Constitution and the dynamics that inaugurate the Constitutionalism of Enmity.
