Abstract
The proposal to implement the Plurinational State and therefore the construction of the “Coexistential” Intercultural Society comes from a historical and philosophical conception of of the native people of Abya Yala, specific of its civilizational paradigm which differs from Western civilizational paradigm. The principle of Plurinationality and thus the Plurinational State tends to the historical construction of a complex organization of various nations, united by a macro constitution by the will of its constituent nations. That is, it is a bottom-up organization. It questions the bourgeois state-nation, which inherits absolutism, the scale of social classes, colonialism and racism. The Interculturalism is the most visible effect of implementation of the Plurinational State. The “Coexistential” Intercultural Society therefore is a fully achievable proposal; a utopia already lived by the native people before the Iberian invasion. The Intercultural Society is an alternative to the current civilizational crisis.
