Resumo
Este artigo investiga as sentenças oriundas do rito do Tribunal do Júri (acórdãos), discutindo a relação entre as referidas sentenças e o fato criminoso. Para tanto, a partir dos postulados de Michel Foucault, o artigo mostra a exposição das sentenças enquanto decisões jurídicas feitas por um corpo de jurados e um juiz togado, seus prolongamentos nas redes de saber e de poder, e o pertencimento dessas sentenças, como condição de seu funcionamento, a regimes de verdade presentes em nossa sociedade, especialmente as instituições jurídicas e religiosas.

Abstract:
This essay investigates Jury Court’s (judgments) sentences, debating the relationship between that sentences and the criminal event. Therefore, from Michel Foucault’s postulates, the essay revels the exposure of sentences as legal decisions made by a jury and judge, it’s extensions in the networks of knowledge and power, and the inclusion of these sentences, as a condition of its operation, to regimes of truth.
