Resumo
Este artigo busca demonstrar que o conceito de poder constituinte formulado por Antonio Negri se fundamenta em elementos teóricos de Spinoza e de Marx. Para atingir tal objetivo, serão investigados os conceitos de desejo, trabalho vivo, multidão e comum, bem como sua contribuição para a compreensão do conceito de poder constituinte.

Abstract
This paper aims to demonstrate that the constituent power concept of Antonio Negri is based on theoretical elements of Marx’s and Spinoza’s phylosophies. In order to achieve this goal the investigation will look into the concepts of desire, living labour, multitude and common, as well as their contribution to the comprehension of the constituent power.
