The research aims to answer which aspects evidence structural sexism in the trajectory of female lawyers in the Passo Fundo subsection. The power relations between the sexes are analyzed in order to explain and contextualize structural sexism, exploring the trajectory of female lawyers in Brazil and, especially, in the municipality. To develop the work, the deductive approach method, historical and monographic procedure and indirect documentation research technique were used. In general, it was found that women are more likely to perform administrative functions in large law firms, and that women are concentrated among associates in firms rather than being partners. Regarding the law profession in Passo Fundo, important differences were identified regarding the composition of the committees and boards existing in the subsection, as well as in events sponsored by the OAB/PF. It was concluded that there is a disparity in the professional practice between male and female lawyers, in addition to other indicators that reinforce and result from structural sexism.
