[EM EDIÇÃO] Sentimentos vivenciados no gestar e no parir em tempos da Covid-19

Objetivo: identificar os sentimentos vivenciados no gestar e parir em tempos da Covid-19. Método: estudo qualitativo, interpretativo, à luz do interacionismo simbólico, realizado em 2021 com puérperas multíparas com 12 horas pós-parto, sem comorbidades ou complicações perinatais, que gestaram e pariram durante a pandemia da Covid-19, em maternidade classificada como de risco habitual, no Mato Grosso do Sul. Foram realizadas 30 entrevistas, cotejadas por análise de conteúdo convencional de Kleinheksel. O protocolo de pesquisa foi aprovado por Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa. Resultados: a análise originou duas categorias: “Eu vivia com medo” e “Outros sentimentos vivenciados”. Além do medo, verificaram-se outros sentimentos negativos nas experiências das mulheres durante a gestação e o parto em tempos de Covid-19. Considerações finais: o medo de medo esteve presente na rotina diária, durante a busca de cuidados pré-natais e parto e, até mesmo, nas interações sociais durante a pandemia da Covid-19 foram identificados.
