Contexto Jurídico

The main goal of Contexto Jurídico is to promote and encourage academic production by undergraduate students of the Law School at UERJ. To this end, our team aims to carry out work of excellence in production, evaluation and distribution. The Editorial Board is composed of students, directors or non-directors from the Academic Center. The Journal's editorial line priorizates the publication of scientific articles by undergraduate law students, aiming to stimulate research practice at this stage of legal education and disseminate the presence and values of the student movement, including student protagonism, democratization and universalization of higher education, academic excellence and social criticism.
