Representações intermidiáticas da violência de gênero em Patrícia Melo e Luiza Romão

Resumo: O presente trabalho tem por objetivo examinar as obras de duas artistas multimídia brasileiras: Patrícia Melo e Luiza Romão. Após uma apresentação panorâmica dos trabalhos das autoras, nos quais identificam-se práticas associadas à intermidialidade e à literatura expandida, detemo-nos na análise de dois volumes, em especial: o romance Valsa Negra (2003), de Melo, e o livro de poemas Sangria (2017), de Romão. Espera-se demonstrar em que medida a extrapolação de recursos narrativos e poéticos tradicionais, pelo empréstimo e o entrecruzamento de mídias, potencializa a crítica política de viés feminista vislumbrável nessas publicações. A análise fundamenta-se em teóricos como Irina Rajewsky e Werner Wolf, para os estudos da intermidialidade; Vera Follain de Figueiredo e Alex Martoni, para o conceito de “literatura expandida”; Silviano Santiago, para se pensar cultura de massa; Ursula Le Guin, por uma reflexão sobre o patriarcalismo na literatura; Aníbal Quijano, para considerações relativas à colonialidade, entre outros autores.
