Pontes Atlânticas: Vera Duarte, A Reinvenção do Mar e Maria Teresa Horta, Estranhezas – Voo, “Asa” e reflexões

No que diz respeito à dimensão estético-literária, como domínio de análise e
reconhecimento de particularidades expostas na literatura caboverdiana no pós de 25 de
Abril é de grande importância fazer alusão às pontes de contacto e de intervenção
cultural existentes em outros espaços da escrita literária, é o caso da poeta Vera Duarte
que escreve uma obra de cariz universalizante e inovadora.
Em Portugal, Maria Teresa Horta, contemporânea da anterior escritora, apresenta
igualmente uma escrita profundamente intimista, marcada pela reinvenção de vozes
femininas que transgridem o quotidiano, subvertem as leis sociais e refletem desejos de
liberdade.
Vera Duarte in A Reimvenção do Mar – Antologia Poética (2018) e também Maria
Teresa Horta in Estrnhezas (2018) entoam cânticos à mulher, experiências e histórias
que silenciadas lutam pela liberdade.
Por um lado, pretende-se mostrar que a escrita feminina de ambas abre sulcos na
geografia do tempo, cresce livre e aberta a diálogos intertextuais e temáticos e por outro,
a construção de um novo olhar que à distância geográfica enfoca questões preservadas
na memória cultural europeia.
Alguns estudiosos críticos serão abordados : M. Bakhtin, Gaston Bachelard, John Keats
e outros.
