Abstract

O grito, que se encontra em epígrafe, é facilmente reconhecido,pois foi o lema de uma das maiores revoluções (talvez a primeira)do mundo moderno: a Revolução Francesa (1789-1799). É, igualmente,o lema dos revolucionários de 1848 de Paris, quando acontecea segunda república na França. É a este arquivo histórico queos boêmios do Rio de Janeiro (1888-1892) se referem na execução eencenação dos romances A conquista (1899) e Fogo-fátuo (1929),ambos do escritor brasileiro Coelho Neto (1864-1934), visto que aquelessão diretamente influenciados pelos boêmios de Paris (Seigel,1992).
