Abstract

Primeiramente se faz necessário distinguir fonética de fonologia eseus objetos de estudo e, conseqüentemente, seus objetivos. Embora tenhamparticularidades, apresentam pontos afins, já que se apóiam uma naoutra quando precisamos fazer uma análise dos sons vocais elementares,a qual muitos denominam tão-somente análise fonética, em vez de análisefonético-fonológica.
