Quem ama protege? O jogo de faces e de estratégias interacionais em um relato feminino de violência conjugal

Este trabalho objetiva investigar e relacionar, sob a perspectiva da Análise da Conversação, o uso de marcadores discursivos de processos de formulação textual oral (FÁVERO, 2005; URBANO, 1999) aos indícios de práticas de defesa e de proteção da face (GOFFMAN, 2011) de uma mulher em situação de violência durante o registro de um boletim de ocorrência em uma delegacia especializada em atendimento à mulher em Fortaleza, CE. Após transcritos, analisamos trechos de um registro de BO feito por uma mulher que não quis requerer nenhuma medida judicial contra seu ex-marido. A escolha foi baseada na sua fala hesitante, fragmentada e com demonstrações de dificuldade de planejamento verbal. Percebemos que o jogo de faces é permeado por marcadores discursivos que funcionam como articuladores e estruturadores, uma vez que sinalizam monitoramento, processamento verbal, hesitação, atenuação ou reformulação, ajudando a ajustar verbal e cognitivamente o alinhamento e a face apropriada entre interlocutores durante a interação.
