Questões metodológicas sobre a pesquisa interdisciplinar em direito
Abstract
The following text served as the basis for discussion at an Interdisciplinary Seminar on Legal Studies (S.I.E.J), held in Brussels on April 3, 1981, in collaboration with the INTERLABO group (Déviance et Société) and CETEL (Centre d’étude de technique et d’évaluation législatives, Geneva). It is part of an ongoing reflection process by the S.I.E.J on the methodological problems related to interdisciplinary research in law. The aim of this document is to raise as many questions as possible concerning the dialogue between law and the human sciences, with the hope of reporting the most diverse experiences in this regard. However, given the particularly complex nature of the subject, for which there are no univocal definitions or mandatory questions, we precede the inventory of questions with brief theoretical presentations and a reminder of the positions adopted by the S.I.E.J. Far from attempting to direct the questions, this approach aims to highlight how deeply the issues raised are intrinsically linked to the experience of the S.I.E.J.
