Direito, contexto e interdisciplinaridade: refundação de uma abordagem
Abstract
This study comprises the responses of the members of the new scientific committee of the Interdisciplinary Journal of Legal Studies to the following questions: 1. Is law a source, tributary, alluvium, or a result of social changes? 2. What, in your view, is an "in-context" approach to law? What are the challenges, advantages, and limitations of this approach? Without any pretense of exhausting the topic, the first part of this introductory article endeavors to provide an overview of these ideas developed by our contributors. Having asked our colleagues to embark on this endeavor, we could not remain timidly on the sidelines. Therefore, in the second part of this introduction, we present our own perspective on an in-context approach to law.
