Resumo
Este artigo buscará apresentar alguns aspectos da crítica benjaminiana à concepção da experiência na modernidade, voltando-se, mais especificamente, para o complexo conceitual que relaciona os conceitos de mito, destino e direito. Trata-se de dar a ver em que medida Benjamin coloca em crítica a naturalização de uma ordem mítica, vinculada ao desenvolvimento do capitalismo, na qual a experiência parece-lhe destituída de seu caráter afirmativo e criador do que é verdadeiramente novo.

Abstract
This article intends to indicate some aspects of Walter Benjamin’s critique towards modern experience, turning, more specifically, to the conceptual complex that involves the concepts of myth, destiny and law. The work seeks to show how Benjamin criticize the naturalization of a mythical order, related to capitalism’s development, in which experience seems to be destitute of its affirmative, historical and creative character.
