Resumo
Considerando o desafio da mediação filosófica com a sociológica para as significações do devir da sociedade urbana, este ensaio busca torcer a noção de direito à cidade especulando sobre distintas operações sócio-históricas e somáticas da despossessão como constituintes do sensível da contemporaneidade. Conjurando distintas pressuposições teóricas sobre os movimentos da dialética justiça/injustiça se alcança a corporeidade como a possibilidade de um direito à cidade assentado em uma justiça dissensual.

Abstract
Considering the challenge of mediating philosophical and sociological thoughts for signifying the becoming of urban society, this essay pursuits a twist in the notion of the right to the city by speculating on the different socio-historical and somatic operations of dispossession as constituents of the contemporary sensibilities. Conjuring distinct theoretical presuppositions of the dialectical movements of justice/injustice we reach embodiment as the possibility for a right to the city based on a dissensual justice.
