Resumen
Desde una sociología impura del derecho se interpela la perspectiva sociológica del derecho de las ultimas décadas con fuerte influencia del neo institucionalismo, enfoque que centra su fuerza en la “cultura de la legalidad”. Se cuestiona igual la formación en investigación jurídica, socio jurídica y la carencia de investigación pertinente en pregrado-posgrados y la evidente desconexión que tiene el derecho de los principales debates de las ciencias sociales y humanas.

Abstract
From an impure sociology of law, the sociological perspective of the law of the last few decades with a strong influence of institutionalism is questioned, approach that focuses its strength in the "culture of legality". It is questioned the legal investigation training, and the near absence of field work in connection with the legal struggles of social movements and the evident disconnection between law and the main questions that concerns of social and human sciences that are discussed.
