On the State, Crisis, and Fascism
A Reading of Antonio Negri

In this paper, we propose to address a paper by Antonio Negri from 1980, in which he delineates the characteristics of a new fascism, as a form of domination resulting from the crisis of the planning State. From this analysis, we will raise some problems that follow from his later developments, in order to question the possible scope of criticism and the creative reappropriation of political institutions in the face of neo-fascism.
