Ubi concordia, ibi victoria: interinstitutional cooperation as a mechanism for improving the executive process

This work aims to analyze interinstitutional cooperation as a mechanism for enhancing the Brazilian enforcement process. The study begins by examining the historical context and defining what is understood by national legal cooperation. Next, a necessary distinction is made between the institute of national legal cooperation and the cooperative model of procedure, both established by the CPC/2015. In the following chapter, the conceptual features of interinstitutional cooperation are outlined, and subsequently, it is demonstrated how interinstitutional cooperation can contribute to the effectiveness of judicial enforcement. Finally, it was possible to verify that the practice of interinstitutional cooperation can assist in executing judicial enforcement actions, whether typical or atypical, thereby increasing the effectiveness of enforcement orders. The work employed the hypothetical-deductive method and bibliographic research as its methodological approach.
