Maria Cecilia Barreto Amorim Pilla, Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná

Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná. Ph.D and MA in History at Federal University of Paraná. Currently Professor and Coordinator of the Human Rights and Public Policies graduate program at the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná.

Everton Luiz Simon, Santa Cruz do Sul University

Professor at Santa Cruz do Sul University. Ph.D in History at Rio dos Sinos Universtity; MA in Regional Development and graduated in Gastronomy at Santa Cruz do Sul University. Currently researcher in Post-doctoral internship at the Humans Rights and Public Policies graduation program at the Pontificial Catholic University of Paraná, with fellowship of the Programa de Desenvolvimento da Pós-graduação da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Nível Superior (PDPG/CAPES).
