Perfil Socioprofissional de trabalhadores de equipes saúde da família [Social and professional profile of family healthcare team members]

Objetivo: identificar o perfil dos profissionais da Estratégia da Saúde da Família no município de Serra, Espírito Santo. Método: estudo descritivo e transversal. Utilizou-se entrevista com aplicação de formulário estruturado em 205 profissionais, em 2013. Resultados: os profissionais de saúde, independente da categoria, são, em sua maioria, do sexo feminino e possuem vínculo empregatício com a Secretaria Municipal. Em relação aos médicos e enfermeiros, grande parte possui especialização, ingressaram por concurso público, possuem experiência anterior. Quanto aos auxiliares e agentes comunitários, em sua maioria, residem no município de atuação profissional e possuem ensino médio completo. No entanto, a grande parte dessa categoria não possui experiência anterior na atividade desenvolvida. Conclusão: identificar o perfil do profissional, a qualificação e o processo de trabalho faz-se importante para adequação nesse modelo de atenção à saúde e para garantir uma assistência de qualidade.
ABSTRACT
Objective: to identify the profile of Family Health Strategy personnel in the municipality of Serra, Espirito Santo State. Method: this descriptive, transverse study used a structured form to interview 205 health workers in 2013. Results: most of them, regardless of category, were female and had an employment relationship with the municipal health department. Many physicians and nurses held a specialization diploma, were hired by public competitive process, and had prior experience. Most ancillary staff and community health works resided in the municipality where they worked, and had completed secondary schooling. Most of this category, however, had no prior experience in the field. Conclusion: profiling of health personnel, their qualifications and work process is important to adjusting this model of healthcare and to guaranteeing quality care.
RESUMEN
Objetivo: identificar el perfil de los profesionales de la Estrategia de Salud de la Familia en la ciudad de Serra, Espirito Santo. Método: es un estudio descriptivo y trasversal. Se ha utilizado una entrevista con aplicación de formulario estructurado junto a 205 profesionales, en 2013. Resultados: los profesionales de salud, independientemente de su categoría, son, la mayor parte, de sexo femenino y poseen vínculo laboral con la Secretaría Municipal. En lo que concierne a los médicos y enfermeros, gran parte posee especialización, han ingresado por concurso público y poseen experiencia anterior. Respecto a los auxiliares y agentes comunitarios, en su mayoría, viven en la misma ciudad donde trabajan y poseen enseñanza secundaria completa. Sin embargo, gran parte de esa categoría no tiene experiencia anterior en la actividad desarrollada. Conclusión: la identificación del perfil del profesional, la cualificación y el proceso de trabajo son importantes para la adecuación a ese modelo de atención a la salud y para garantizar una asistencia de cualidad.
