Gestão do cuidado de enfermagem no centro cirúrgico: reflexão crítica sobre os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável

Objetivo: refletir sobre a gestão do cuidado de enfermagem no centro cirúrgico, à luz dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. Conteúdo: a reflexão, segundo as diretrizes da Agenda 2030 das Nações Unidas para os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável, aborda a gestão do cuidado de enfermagem no centro cirúrgico e suas interfaces com a sustentabilidade, a liderança e a responsabilidade institucional. A análise permite discutir como a atuação do enfermeiro pode contribuir para a organização de processos de trabalho mais seguros, equânimes e eficientes, especialmente no fortalecimento da liderança, qualificação das equipes, segurança do paciente e gestão responsável de recursos. Considerações finais: a reflexão sugere que a incorporação dos princípios dos Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável à gestão do cuidado no centro cirúrgico, amplia o escopo da prática do enfermeiro e reforça seu papel estratégico, contribuindo com ações orientadas ao uso responsável dos recursos e à consolidação de práticas sustentáveis no contexto cirúrgico.
